Jim has always had a passion for real estate and owns a handful of properties. He worked as a commercial real estate agent for 11+ years before purchasing Drifka Group. Jim also served as a patrol officer for the Grand Chute Police Department for 10 years before starting his commercial real estate career. He also embraces the opportunity to gain knowledge in commercial real estate development.

Always do the right thing and be honest even if it is not the greatest news.” Jim grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is married to his high school sweetheart, Tamara. They have two sons and enjoy traveling with them when they can. When Jim is away from the office, he also enjoys spending time with his Great Dane, Daisy, and takes any chance he can get to be outdoors and fish, whether it be from the shore, on the lake, or even on the ice!
