Neil embarked on his real estate career in 2019 by acquiring residential rental properties. In 2021, he expanded into commercial property investments. By 2023, he undertook his first development project, adeptly managing processes such as rezoning and site evaluations in collaboration with local government authorities.

While relatively new to real estate sales, Neil's extensive personal experience is noteworthy. Since 2019, he has acquired over 50 residential and commercial properties and divested more than 30, strategically reinvesting into larger assets. This active participation in transactions has endowed him with a unique insight into the desires of both buyers and sellers. Additionally, Neil possesses a wealth of knowledge in devising innovative financing solutions and collaborating effectively with appraisers to achieve optimal outcomes.



Prior to joining the Drifka Group, Neil amassed substantial experience as a Mechanical Engineer, serving at Gulfstream Aerospace from 2014 to 2025 and at Pierce Manufacturing from 2009 to 2014.
